Been eating here or ordering take out for years. We have tried many many pizzas over the years both here in North Carolina and in our travels in other states, and we can honestly say that Mario's is the standard against all others are judged. We have yet to find another establishment that can truly compare to the pizza we get here. The fact that the folks behind the counter always treat us like family when we come in just adds to the pleasurable experience. Thank you all - you are a genuine blessing to us.
Fantastic pizza and even better customer service! Last night we ordered for delivery through the Slice app. Unfortunately the order was not correct. But Mario’s went the amazing extra mile and Fernando personally delivered the missing item to our home (and added FREE dessert!) 10/10 on customer service and the food is always great. We go here a lot. Pizza is delicious. Like we used to get from home. This visit we ordered the big 24". I arrived to pick it up but couldn't carry it cause I use crutches. The cashier was awesome offering to carry it to my vehicle. Everyone is super nice. Can't wait to go back
Laid back/ casual, seat yourself kinda sitch. You walk up to the counter to order, get your own drinks (1 size- free refills) as needed, then find a table. You'll fetch your order when they call the number they gave you when you ordered. It's easy enough to offload the tray & put it on top of the trash cans by the doors so it's out of your way. Then enjoy! It's nice to clean up after yourself as much as possible, but they will bus the table after you leave. GREAT New York style pizza and wings! HUGE slices, though. You've been warned (if you're not a big eater, go with 1- you can always order another). Toppings at each table- salt/ pepper, parm & hot peppers. Beyond that, ask.
They have the most unbelievable NYstyle pizza. I've had many a slice in NYC and this is still my favorite.. It has that ever so sight crunch to the crust that it should. You can order by the slice also. Many toppings to chase from. Tons of appetizers and pasta dishes. Their garlic bread is no joke. Be prepared I go out of my way anytime in the same state as this place!
My family loves the pizza and any other menu item here. We used to live in NY and this is as close as it gets to NY style pizza. Always so hot and fresh! Really delicious. I highly recommend.
